Hurry up and send an abstract!

Dear colleagues,

Having a tradition of over four decades, Romanian Symposium of Geomorphology became one of the most important geoscientific meeting in Romania. The outcomes of Romanian geomorphologists have been recognized in our country and abroad. The efforts must be maintained so that society can benefit increasingly from these theoretically and practical outcomes.

We aim at least at the same valuable results in the year 2017, in the different fields of the geomorphology: tectonic geomorphology, fluvial geomorphology, slope processes, mountain geomorphology (glacial and periglacial), coastal geomorphology, soil erosion, geomorphometry, paleogeomorphology, dendrogeomorphology, geomorphosites, hazards and associated risks, and from others related scientific fields.

In 2017, between 11 and 14 May, we invite you to Iaşi, at the 33rd edition of the Romanian Symposium of Geomorphology. The presentations will take place in Aula Magna of „Mihai Eminescu” Central University Library Iaşi, between 11 and 13 May. On 13 May afternoon and on 14 May, two field trips are scheduled around Iaşi City and in the Botoşani County (NE Romania), for discussing theoretical and practical geomorphological aspects of the Moldavian Plateau.

Looking forward to seeing you in Iaşi !!!
